How Aegle conduct a search
Upon the acceptance of a search assignment we will use our contacts and knowledge of the financial markets to identify a number of unique individuals whose skills and personality are a good match to your requirements.
Most of the Individuals we submit are not actively looking to change their career as they are happy in their current role, but being ambitious they will take a look at a good opportunity with the right company.
By talking to select senior people in the market we are able to qualify each candidate and ascertain if they will meet your company’s ethos and identify any possible short comings they may have that may give cause for concern.
We will provide you with up to 5 CV's of successful individuals who will able to fill the position, with their permission, and identify your company to the applicants, unless you have instructed us that you wish to remain anonymous.
Terms and conditions
We believe that all search and selection assignments are of equal value, regardless of the actual final remuneration package; but we feel a remuneration package of less than £100,000 does not normally warrant a full search assignment. We charge a flat rate for all our search assignments of £30,000 plus VAT. Should your company insist that advertising is essential the advertising costs would be added to the fee, but we feel advertising by a Search company is not necessary.
Fees are charged as follows:

1/3 on acceptance of the assignment

1/3 on candidate starting employment with your company

1/3 on the candidate completing 3 months with your company
